WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first visit will take about 60-90 minutes and will include an exam, presentation of findings, proposed treatment plan, and initial treatment. We can email the intake paperwork to you, or you may complete it in the office by arriving 15 minutes before your appointment.
Please note that you may require diagnostic imaging and/or lab work prior to receiving the full presentation of findings, proposed treatment plan, and initial treatment. If this is the case, your first return visit will be complimentary. Subsequent visits will take approximately 20-30 minutes and will include a mini-exam, progress report, and treatment. Thank you for arriving a few minutes early for your subsequent visits!
